Features
The Advance HD Spray Gun is designed with both high volume, low pressure (HVLP) technology or EPA compliant, Trans-Tech technology. The gun is suitable for use with both waterbased and solvent based coating materials. The Advance gun has one of the largest nozzle/needle selection in the market ranging from 0.5mm to 2.8mm. The fluid tips and needles of 1.4mm, 1.8mm and 2.2mm are also available in tungsten carbide as an option, therefore suitable for more abrasive materials. The gun has a “no baffle” design which reduces the number of parts and makes cleaning easier. The gun also features a self adjusting needle packing assembly made of PTFE. An interesting option: the Advance gun is also available with a pressure assisted gravity cup high viscosity (heavily bodied thixotropic) materials.
Note! A very useful little feature are the “Universal” threads for air and fluid, i.e. the threads are suitable for both BSP and NPS connectors.
