Features

The Devilbiss Advance HD spray gun is available with either HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology or EPA compliant Trans-Tech technology. The gun is suitable for use with both water based and solvent based coating coatings. The Advance gun has one of the widest range of nozzles/needles in the market ranging from 0.5 mm to 2.8mm. The 1.4mm, 1.8mm and 2.2mm fluid tips and needles are also available in tungsten carbide as an option, making them suitable for more abrasive materials. The gun has a ‘no baffle’ design which reduces the number of parts and makes cleaning easier. The gun also features a self adjusting PTFE needle packing assembly. As an interesting option, the Advance gun is also available with a pressure assisted gravity cup for high viscosity (heavy bodied thixotropic) materials.
Note: A very useful little feature is the ‘universal’ threads for air and fluid, i.e. the threads are suitable for both BSP and NPS connections.
