The Binks Model 21 automatic spray gun has written history and became industry standard on automatic finishing lines. And now this spray gun (one piece forged brass body) is back with a wide range of nozzle and air cap (nickel plated brass) set-ups which are in line with the popular manual spray guns Binks 2001 (not available anymore) and Binks 2100. This gun is a heavy duty, pneumatically operated gun (controlled remotely with a three-way valve). The stainless steel fluid needle and adjustable spray patterns are controlled at the side of the gun head.

The Binks Model 21 is suitable for spraying all conventional coatings and is well-known for working in harsh working environments. For instance, the Model 21V spray gun contains tungsten carbide fluid nozzles and needles for use with abrasive fluids such as glazes, engobes and porcelain enamels used in the ceramic and sanitary ware industry.
