Features

This is the successor of the DA-100 which is not available anymore. The main difference is that the DA-300 has new types of air caps (DA-100 had air cap types 205 and 207) and that the fluid passages are made of stainless steel and therefore also suitable for waterborne paints. This gun works with the so-called LVMP (Low Volume Medium Pressure) atomizing technique. It is said that compared to conventional guns and HVLP guns, the LVMP gun can achieve finer atomization and higher transfer efficiency with less air consumption. As an option, non-ratchet type needle adjustment is also available.
