Features
The Binks Trophy Automatic Spray Gun is designed to work as HVLP, LVMP or conventional spray gun, i.e. three different atomization technologies can be used on the same gun depending on the employed air cap. The gun is equipped with stainless steel fluid passages and therefore suitable for a wide range of coating materials, including waterbased and solvent based. Nozzles and needles are available in the range of 0.5 to 2.6 mm in hardened stainless steel (standard) and plastic (for very thin materials including NGR stains). Tungsten carbide nozzles/needles are available in the sizes 1.4, 1.8, 2.2 and 2.6 mm (for abrasive materials including porcelain/ceramics).
Other special features
- One stainless steel needle for all fluid nozzles (reduces inventory)
- Needle seal cartridge assembly can be removed as one complete assembly (easy maintenance)
- The “Universal” threads for air and fluid, i.e. the threads are suitable for both BSP and NPS connectors.
