Features

The Krautzberger A10 is an automatic air spray gun that uses standard workshop compressed air. When spraying starts, the control piston of the spray gun is charged with compressed air and opens the air nozzle and then, with a short delay, the fluid nozzle of the spray gun. When spraying stops, the fluid nozzle and then the air nozzle are closed to prevent dripping of the sprayed material. An electrically operated solenoid valve is commonly used to control the spray gun precisely. In this way, spray interval times of 60 ms can be achieved.

Other spray guns in this Krautzberger range include the A11, A12 and A16.

Applications

The Krautzberger A10 Automatic Spray Gun is used for the automatic coating/marking of surfaces, dosing of fluids, placement of adhesive and marking points. Typical fluids sprayed include paints, inks, adhesives, varnishes, enamels and release agents.
