Applications

Typical coating materials include paints, dyes, water-soluble paints, adhesives, PVC-P materials, oils, release agents, incl. abrasive coating materials. It is suitable to coat surfaces such as metal, plastic, ceramics, wood and similar materials.

Features

The KS1 airless spray gun can be used to process coating materials, including abrasive materials, at operating pressures as low as 50 bar [5 MPa] and up to 500 bar [50 MPa]. The size and shape of the spray jet can be changed by changing the nozzle. A wide range of airless nozzles are available. The nozzle can be rotated 360° in the axis of the spray jet and fixed in any position. Circulation connection (model KS-2) is also possible as an option.
