Binks introduces new acetal diaphragm pump series

Published by merscher on

Binks has introduced the DX70 air-operated double diaphragm pump which is specially designed for the supply of paints and other fluids directly to the spray gun. The pump with acetal body (stainless steel balls and soft seats) can be used for a wide range of paints and fluids such as solvent and water based paints, lacquers, stains, adhesives, sealers, undercoats, and also ceramic glaze coating.

A special feature of the DX70 (1:1 ratio) is the unique “no-crease” shape of the diaphragm which ensures minimal wear and extended service life. A non-stall air valve allows smooth and surge-free paint delivery up to 1000 cc/min. The pump also features a “built-in” fluid regulator as standard for a constant and virtually pulse free fluid delivery directly to the spray gun without the expense of an additional fluid regulator or surge chamber. The DX70 pump is available as bare pump, assembled pump package or complete “ready to spray” outfit.
