Operation principle of the self-priming, air-operated glue piston dosing pump

This air-operated glue pump for high-viscosity materials is a self-priming piston dosing pump. A pneumatic piston transfers the force via piston rods to the liquid piston inside the suction pipe. The process is controlled by a reversing valve within the pneumatic part. The pump strokes occur via a battery driven electronic control and a 3/2 way piezo valve in connection with the pneumatic motor.
